If you are holding an event that includes any condition from the list below, please contact PROLINK at 1-800-663-6828 or ChristineH@prolink.insure to secure a separate event liability insurance policy at least 15 days before the scheduled event.
CSSE Event Liability Insurance
CSSE Event Liability Insurance for Chapter Events
- A vendor requesting CSSE or a CSSE Chapter to carry a Commercial General Liability limit greater than $5M CAD;
- Event is taking place outside of Canada;
- Number of attendees exceeds 1,000;
- Pyrotechnics, concerts, performances, dance parties, parades;
- Activities involving strenuous physical activity on behalf of the public;
- “Inflatables” which include inflatable castles, amusement rides, etc.;
- Alcohol is being served by CSSE or CSSE Chapter representatives.
- Note: Alcohol must be served by licensed venues (i.e., hotels, event centres or restaurants) or caterers.
For any chapter events that meet the accepted CSSE event criteria, please fill out the form below at least 15 days before the scheduled event.
