To Our Valued Clients:

While insurance may not be your top-of-mind priority during the COVID-19 crisis, PROLINK—Canada’s Insurance Connection wants to take a moment to reassure you that we remain open and ready to help, should any need arise.

To protect the safety of our employees, and do our part to flatten the curve, we have strengthened our remote work capabilities to allow our employees to work from home. We have also offered flex hours to employees who still want to come in to the office, so that they can commute to work outside of peak hours and limit their potential exposure to the virus.

We anticipate minimal disruption to our services during this time and our team will remain available by phone or email. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you as information becomes available.
